Faculty digital literacy statements

One of the main outputs of the Faculty Learning Communities (FLCs) that took place during the first few months of the PriDE project is a set of learner digital literacy attributes for each Faculty or School. These sets of digital literacy attributes are now available on this blog.

The lists of attributes were devised and then refined by the various stakeholders taking part in the FLCs. They hope to represent the skills and competencies that learners in the disciplines might need for success in their current studies and future employment.

The competencies that the FLCs defined have given us a baseline against which to evaluate our current provision of support and development for students.  They also offer insight into directions that the pilot digital literacy projects might take in year two of the PriDE project.
